How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email us at returns@ibnrayyan.com within 30 days of delivery
- Include: Your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item
- Receive Authorization: We'll provide a return authorization number and shipping instructions
- Package Securely: Use original packaging when possible, include return authorization number
- Ship: Use a trackable shipping method (customer responsible for return shipping costs)
Processing & Refunds
- Inspection: Returned items are inspected within 3-5 business days of receipt
- Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
- Refund Method: Original payment method (credit cards may take additional time to reflect)
